Scope: Historical accounting clean-up, improved financial reporting, and full audit preparation for an independent school navigating a leadership transition with books that needed significant remediation.

Scope: Built a comprehensive multi-unit cash flow model providing location-level and consolidated visibility across five locations. Now conducting twice-monthly financial reviews with the owner to track performance, manage cash, and support growth decisions in real time.
