Our Founder
Brad Reigner is the founder and managing principal of BAAS Advisory, a CPA-led firm rooted in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and serving clients nationwide. BAAS delivers senior-level financial leadership and accounting advisory services to private companies, ESOP-backed organizations, and nonprofits — with nonprofit compliance services focused locally in South Central Pennsylvania.
With more than 20 years of experience — including 15 across Big 4 and large regional firms, and significant time supporting SEC-registered entities — Brad has worked at the highest levels of technical accounting and financial reporting. That foundation includes US GAAP, internal controls, complex audits, ESOP accounting, and financial reporting for organizations operating under intense regulatory and ownership scrutiny.
Leaving that world was a deliberate choice. Not because the work was not challenging — it was. But because the model did not serve clients the way they deserved to be served. Too much overhead. Too many handoffs. Too little senior attention on the engagements that needed it most. BAAS exists to fix that.
Before launching BAAS, Brad spent five years with the finance group of a publicly traded bank, managing financial reporting, controls, and regulatory compliance at the corporate level — experience that sharpened his understanding of how high-functioning finance teams operate under scrutiny.
Outside of his advisory practice, Brad is also a multi-unit franchisee of a swim school concept serving families across Pennsylvania — operating experience that gives him firsthand insight into the cash flow, payroll, and operational realities business owners face every day. That perspective informs how BAAS engages with every client.
