Our Founder

Brad Reigner is the founder and managing principal of BAAS, a CPA-led advisory firm providing high-level financial leadership, nonprofit expertise, and audit support services to clients across the U.S.


With over 15 years of experience in Big 4 and national accounting firms, Brad has advised clients ranging from privately held companies to large public entities. His technical foundation spans U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and complex financial reporting, with a practical ability to bridge technical accounting and operational execution.


Before launching BAAS, Brad spent five years with the finance group of a publicly traded bank, where he helped manage financial reporting, controls, and regulatory compliance at the corporate level. That industry experience gave him a hands-on understanding of how strategic finance functions operate beyond the audit and advisory perspective.


In addition to his advisory practice, Brad is also a business owner and franchise operator of a successful swim school serving families across Pennsylvania. This experience gives him a unique, real-world perspective on small business management, cash flow, staffing, and operational growth — insights he brings to every client engagement.
